Travelling To Morocco

Getting to Morocco is an increasingly easy and cheap operation. From UK and European cities you can take advantage of some exceptionally cheap flights with low cost airlines. Agadir airport (AGA) is only 30 minutes from our camp and Marrakesh airport (RAK) is around 3 hours. Both airports are regularly serviced from major, and some regional, airports.

Approximate flight time to Morocco from Europe is 3 to 4 hours. Check the links below for our recommended airlines.

Transfers from Agadir airport or Agadir bus station are included in our price for stays over 4 days. Whatever day or time you arrive you will be greeted by one of our friendly representatives who will take you promptly to our home. In addition, we can also arrange transfers from Marrakesh and private transfers at extra cost.

Guests arriving to Marrakesh airport have the option to take a short taxi ride directly to Marrakesh bus station where you can hop on the comfortable air conditioned bus to Agadir for approximately £10 per person. You will then be met by our representative in Agadir as normal. If your flight arrives after 10pm we recommend an overnight stay at the Ibis hotel – not only is it a great place to stay but it is also right next to the bus station so you can resume your journey straight away in the morning.

Visas are not usually required for British and European Union passport holders for stays up to ninety days. Please note however that passports must be valid for three months from the date of entry into Morocco. South African passport holders need to obtain a visa from their nearest Moroccan embassy. An address of accommodation is normally required, which we will supply.

Please ensure to check your visa requirements before departure.
